Uriel is one of the lesser known Archangels who is associated with Universal order and is sometimes believed to be the angel at the gates of the Garden of Eden wielding the fiery sword. I don't know exactly how pink hair got involved, but Uriel seems pretty happy with it. The sketch for Uriel and Angel happened almost simultaneously, which illustrates how opposites attract.

I associate Uriel with time and change, thus all the clockworks, and I would like to especially point out her sash- which shows a progression through the ages.

Uriel has three (very small) hidden Turtles.
