Earth came about very quickly, Gabriel has been a painfully slow progress. This is Gabriel's second incarnation but I still feel it could be more expressive and so it is likely there will be a third. (Someday this will be the rare collectors edition).

The problem with Gabriel is that she (I have always seen Gabriel as a she) is such a complex figure she is difficult to get a grasp on. In Christian mythology Gabriel is associated with the annunciation of Jesus' birth to Mary. In Islamic tradition Gabriel is supposed to have appeared to dictate the Quran. Gabriel is supposed to sound the horn at the end of days (maybe to set the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse loose on the world) but at the same time is supposed to be a protector of children and knowledge. It's a lot of information to try to get across.
